Our home can be rented either as a four bedroom two and a half bath unit sleeping up to twelve, or as two separate villas, each sleeping six.
Guests will have full access to our Club Destiny featuring 3 pools, Jacuzzi spa, lighted tennis courts, a 25 seat theater, fitness center, playground, hiking, biking, and more.
You will be impressed by this luxurious neighborhood and outstanding setting unparalled throughout Destin. Gorgeous landscaping surrounds the villa as well as the entire neighborhood. Lake Destiny is home to an array of wildlife and birds and has many fish that can be seen daily near the banks. Sunsets are magnificent and come alive with dolphins and pelicans sharing the seascape!
We are located only a few miles from the outlet mall, one mile from the Destin Commons, an outdoor mall, and minutes from the best restaurants, golf courses and off shore fishing.

The facilities was located in a great spot. Great view and well kept facility. The bedrooms are small but the front room is big and spacious. The owner is friendly and great to work with. My overall experience was great and the facility was very nice.

We loved the view to the beach. Convenient. Needs some updating, more comfortable chairs. But we'd go again.

We enjoyed our return trip to Destin and found this villa to have all the comforts of home. Being close to the beach with young kids was great and our girls loved the big clubhouse pool! Good value for the money too. If ever in Destin worth having a family photo taken by Andrea Richards from Coastal Reflections. Enjoyed meals at Not Just Bagels, Crab Trap, The Back Porch, Fuddpuckers and many others....Took Southern Star Dolphin cruise and saw 8 dolphins and Big Kahuna waterpark was a ton of FUN! Even thought we wrote you both a message in your guest book at the Villa, I just wanted to take a minute and express how very much we enjoyed your Villa. What a great location and the views are so peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would come back in a heart beat when we can get some more time away.

Just wanted to send you a few lines to let you know how much we enjoyed our week in your villa, "What a view". We started our day on the balcony drinking coffee and ended it there with a glass of wine, it was perfect. My husband and I even saw dolphins one morning. To make our week even more memorable my daughter got engaged the Friday night before we left, he proposed to her on the beach, I can't think of a better place. I signed your book while we were there but I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a great time it was, we will definately be back hopefully next year!
