The "Aegean", a home befitting of Alexander the Great, is a huge 3 floor 4000 sq ft, spacious, Mediterranean style house with a GULF VIEW, designed to relax or entertain for large groups, yet comfortable and often discounted for small groups. iIt is often requested for wedding reception use (contact owner) because of it size, location, and view.. Cross street to beach 30 sec walk,or hang out on one of 4 picturesque decks (2000sqft with view), community pool, 7 houses down. Parking is available for 5 autos, small boat trailer, 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living room's, 4.5 baths, 1 ext shower, one beer tap, gas grill, wireless broad band,flat screen tvs avail in all bdrs, and 1st floor with privacy for children or mother in law. This is NOT a tiny cramped living space with closet sized bdrs common in other so called 5 bdr luxury homes. Beware! of others with this claim.



Centrally located as keystone of neighborhood. It is the tallest and widest house in Crystal Shores with the greatest multi level deck space. This house is near enough to walk to fishing, swimming, shopping, and multiple restaurants, buggy rentals, umbrella rentals,Destin Commons, walking track. Hard to beat coctails at sunset on the 2nd floor deck, while others walk by wanting to be invited for a drink. Use the deck and patios for true family dinner get tgethers during beautiful sunsets that blow any restaurant exprience out of the water in price and enjoyment. Enjoy the perks of aristocracy, old and new. the house boasts of one of the largest living rooms and decks you'll find. Within you'll find 10-22 ft ceilings,wide open interior space, a huge atrium skylight, a beer tap,2 person jacquizzi lots of granite, marble, maple wood, Greek columns, and upscale décor with impeccable views through more windows than I can count. 4 out of 5 bdrs have private patio or balcony.
