Description of the Destin vacation villa rental
This condo was decorated for private use, with nice linens,towels, utensils, and etc., so this does not look like a rental. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this cozy and attractive 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Located in the upscale Crystal Beach area of Destin in a small ONE-STORY beachside community, this updated and cheerful condo is less than a minute from the shore. Coin operatd laundry room adjacent to unit.
The small, uncrowded complex is fronted by 300 feet of beautiful PRIVATE BEACH. It is GATED FOR ADDED SECURITY, has a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere, and is free of the hassles that come with many vacation complexes and high rises. It is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. There are no streets to cross and no beach access is needed to get to the beach. This complex is on the beach and the condo is about 20 steps to the stairs leading to the sand.
Guests will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep in the top of the line Queen-size TEMPUR-PEDIC bed. The spacious bedroom has plenty of storage space for guests desiring
longer stays. There is a standard sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping space.
The newly renovated bathroom features a brand new bathtub with dual shower heads, safety bars and a comfort-height commode.
The kitchen has solid granite counter tops with bar area, new lighting and shiny stainless steel sink. Everything needed for cooking and dining is provided.
COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES include:
HIGH SPEED and WiFi INTERNET
BEACH SERVICE for 2 (Chaise beach chairs and a large beach umbrella from March 1 through Oct. 31).
Linens are provided.
For guest entertainment, there is a 32 " LCD WIDE SCREEN TV and DVD player and stereo speakers and a TV and DVD player in the bedroom.
A video library, CD's and books are neatly placed in the TV cabinet.

cozy and relaxing

Like a home away from home! Nice little condo. Perfect for a small family. No large crowds and a great place to kick back. Everything you need is right there. Walmart and other grocery stores are near by and a nice walk to the Destin Commons Mall.

We had a great time. The condo was a bit cramped for 4 people. The beach was fantastic! The location of the condo was also perfect for us. It was located very close to shopping and tourist locations. I would have like to know that the washer and dryers required so much money, ( I would have been better prepared) we thought that the washer and dryer was inside the condo. We would definately recommend this condo and location.

Beachside delight was a clean, well kept peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there. We liked how affordable it was and how close it was to the beach.
