Description of the Destin vacation villa rental

Looking for a beautiful place to spend a vacation and not have the feeling you're in a hotel? Need room to spread out, inside and out? Like to look out at the water? This two story unit with large back patio, will fit the bill. Inside it has a cathedral ceiling and a great layout. Nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and lots of gadgets and cooking equipment. It's located within the magnificent resort of Sandestin in Destin, FL. The resort has many outdoor activities as well as delicious restaurants, fantastic shopping and gorgeous beaches. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles and 4 bikes there for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus there are TV’s, DVD player, stereo, grill and free Wifi. The beach and pool are a short walk, as are Starbucks, Beef O'Brady's and Baytowne Village. Area Information

Sandestin is a magnificent resort located 7 miles to the east of downtown Destin. There are miles of gorgeous white sand beaches to roam, fantastic restaurants, endless outdoor activities and spectacular shopping. Baytowne Village is an area within the resort that is patterned after New Orleans and is a great spot to dine and listen to live music. Destin has many challenging golf courses, fishing charter boats, water parks and other family fun. Nearby airports include Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola and Panama City.

There are four bikes in the shed, a chiminea on the patio, the resort has great hiking areas (Jolie Island), Baytowne Village has free concerts, Silver Sands outlet mall is less than a mile away. Big Kahuna water park is about five miles away. You won't run out of fun things to do.

We had a perfect time. The villa was a perfect place for the kids to fish and close to the pool. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is already there. Great get away place with an affordable price. Love it.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It easily handled both of our families with a total of 8 people. A great location, a wonderful size home, a great view, perfectly located. Plan to go back there in the Spring and next New Year's Weather will be better in Spring.
