This is our second year here. The location of the condo is great. The condo is in the best area of the whole building. The owner is so kind and friendly. The area is full of good restaurants, just ask the locals. If not the condo is ready for you to cook in, it's a home away from home. The beach is beautiful to watch while sitting on the deck. It's a great place to get away. I wish we stayed longer.

My wife and our two kids (ages 1 & 3) spent the week here. We loved it. It was very clean and bright. There were great views of the ocean from the deck and from the many windows inside. I even slept on the porch a few nights so I could listen to the ocean. While the kids were napping, my wife and I were able to sit on the porch (in the shade) and watch the beach. I hope to be back next year.

we all had a wonderful time! the weather could not have been better. the condo was great - right on top of the water. my husband does not really like to sit on the beach so the balcony was great. the condo had everything you could need, very clean. dewey beach is super, good for small kids (we had a 2 yr old and a 7 week old) plus great for teens (we had 1 17 yr old) and great night life for the adults, all within walking distance. I can't wait to go again next year!

The condo is perfectly situated - right on the beach in the middle of Dewey. We walked to Rehoboth from the beach easily. The condo itself is bright and clean - overall it was the perfect getaway and we will be back.

Clean, quiet, and wide beach awaits you here. The condo affords one the opportunity to walk a few steps to the water or to the end of the street for restaurants and convenience stores. No need to move our car after we arrived. My son fished from the beach and caught our first night's supper. Hope to return soon!

We brought our kids, ages 18 and 11 for a week vacation and it was perfect for all. We never ran out of things to do and walked to mostly everything we did. The beach is great. Not crowded and literally a few steps away. We're going again next summer for sure!! The owners are extremely helpful and pleasant.

I don't want to rave about this place too much because it will limit the availability! This was our first visit to Dewey Beach and we will be back! Our family of 4 (Mom, Dad & 2 daughters ages 18 & 22)liked the wide beach, close walk-able restaurants, outlet mall shopping and driving into Rehoboth for dinner or dessert and walking the boardwalk. Ok, we played games at Funland too! Sunday breakfast at The Starboard is a must, try the bullshark and donuts from the Fractured Prune are addicting! The balcony, which runs the entire length of the condo, was a great spot for coffee in the morning, drinks before or after dinner and to watch the couple evening storms we had move accross from the bay to the ocean. The condo is well stocked with kitchen stuff, the furniture was comfortable. We left our beach stuff next to our car in its parking spot, loved not having to haul it up the stairs.

This was a great property to stay directly on the beach. Everything you could possibly need was here. The owners are great and make sure they touch base with you if you were to need anything. The condo was clean and comfortable and close to everything. The evenings on the balcony you got the cool breezes off the ocean. We would definetly recommend to anyone thinking of going to Dewey Beach that this was an excellent place to stay.

The decision to spend the week of Thanksgiving away at Dewey Beach, DE was a good one! Even better was being able to spend the week in such a awesome condo right on the beach! It was wonderful to wake up each morning hearing the waves hit the beach and to be able to step out on the balcony to enjoy the beauty of it all. The condo was very cozy and comfortable, and the convenience to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk was wonderful. I totally recommend this condo and will most definitely make plans to visit again.

I was looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Washington DC area and found the perfect spot. The property was well represented on the site and provided a great place to read, enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean and take long walks on the beach. I will definitely look at returning to this property.

This place was just what we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable. The ocean was our front yard and we could hear and see the surf. Having the lifeguard on duty out front alleviated our fears when our daughter ventured into the water. The location was great too; only two miles to Rehoboth Beach. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this property last summer and it was the first time ever that a rental was as perfect as it was described. The deck was full oceanview and walking distance to everything. If you have kids this is perfect, you can leave your umbrella at the beach and come up for lunch and walk right down again. Perfect property. If you don't have kids it is perfect also. At night we could walk to all the bars and restaurants and the jolley trolley stops right at the end of the street. The property itself had a pefect view from both the living room and master bedroom and with a full kitchen you never have to go anywhere. How perfect was this place? We are reserving the same place for this summer, something our family has never done before.
