Our Lakehaus Condominium, overlooking Lake Dillon, offers a central location to all Summit County activities both in winter and summer.

Our two bedroom, two bath 1100 sq. ft. two story condo is completely furnished with all the comforts of home and has been completely remodeled offering everything you'll need for a memorable vacation.

Parking is conveniently located just outside the front door and the Summit shuttle service stops just across the street, providing free transportation to all Summit County ski areas.

Area Information

The Lakehaus condominiums offer you convenience with coffee houses and restaurants just across the street from the property. Stop by the Cala Inn for a beer, or grab a pizza at the Last Chance Pizzeria.

During the Winter, five world-class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, A Basin, Copper, and Vail) are just minutes away. We are located ~2 miles from Keystone Resort.

Summer in the mountains may be the best kept secret. Boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, biking, and white water rafting are but a few of the activities that await your arrival. The paved bike trail is right out the door and can take you all the way to Vail without being on a road. Stop for lunch in Frisco at the Butterhorn Bakery, a local favorite!

Great location and ambience

We enjoyed a pre-Christmas family trip at Dot's Lakehaus Condominium where we were nearly surrounded by beautiful Rocky Mountains. It was delightfully decorated, well-stocked so we were able to cook, and had a wonderful fireplace for the days we were snowed in. The Condo was a perfect location. We enjoyed day trips to ski, eat and shop at Breckenridge. We had a memorable sleigh ride in Frisco. Thanks to Dot who shared much information and made this very easy. Your home is lovely!

Excellent Condo/Excellent Price!

Wow! Where to I start... We had family coming in from England, which were delayed due to Europe Weather Delays. Dot, was able to reschedule our stay to match up with their new arrival date. Understanding that the condo was available for the new dates. Condo is very well maintained, in a perfect location to support A-Basin, Keystone, Dillion, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge Areas, all within an easy drive! Condo is easy to find, with directions provideds. Enough space in condo for 6 people. We didn't need anythign but food and cloths. Dot even provides some condinments in the fridge and spices. There are games, DVDs and loads of books available to use. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets, towels and pillows are provided. We had zero issues, with this unit, and I would recommend this unit to anyone!! We will rent again, without a doubt or second thought. Thank you Dot for working with us, we really appreciate making our family's visit one that they will "always" remember.

Great Condo

This condo was amazing. I have stayed in quite a few places in Summit County and throughout the Vail Valley and this place is a place I will come back to again. Very clean, well kept, nice furniture, cozy, great location. It was nice to be so close to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Dillon. Dot, the owner was great to work with as well and always responded very quickly. Would highly recommend!

I was completely shocked and amazed how beautiful this condo is. Its like your stepping into a wonderland. The complementarily snacks and the information booklet were a great addition to the experience. Easy access to the shuttle. The only downfall is that they are tearing down the pool complex, but hopefully to get rebuilt. I will definitely stay here again. Dot the owner is also very wonderful to work with.
