Back yard leads to unlimited hiking, biking, cross country skiing and sledding trails from the Continental Divide to Keystone to Breckenridge (including spectacular views of the Continental Divide, river Run Golf Course, and the Colorado Trail.

Summit County is the location for world class ski resorts (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Loveland). Also, Vail is only 25 minutes from the house
As awesome as the ski season is in Summit County, summers may even be better (golfing, boating, music and food festivals, and unbelievable weather) See why most come for the skiing but stay for the summers.
