Ground Floor: a Grand Salon overlooking the ramparts with high ceilings, tall windows, stone walls, large stone fireplace, polished terracotta tile floors and antique pine furnishings. A separate eat-in Breton-style kitchen with local granite worktop is fully equipped.

First Floor: a grand staircase leads to 3 airy bedrooms, one 4-poster and one double, both with breathtaking views of the ramparts, and one twin room facing the quiet cobbled Rue Michel. Free parking is on-site next to the 'Boules' court/barbecue terrace (parking can be a real problem in Dinan centre, but you will have your own space at the rear of the Villa, so no hassles of not being able to find a parking space each time you use your car).
