A short hike from the infinity pool will put you face to face with a thirty foot private and secluded waterfall; thereafter, reward yourself with the sauna and steam room, located on the main property.

The main level of the estate boasts an entry underneath a 2-story portico into a 2-story entry hall with a sculpted ceiling and chandelier. The entry way faces an artistically designed cantilevered curved stairwell. Beyond the stairwell the guests can observe the view of the manicured pool area and beach through the 30 foot floor-to-ceiling windows in the large 2-story living room located on the lower level of this front-to-back split-level home.

The ceiling, suspended 6.7 meters above the living room floor, includes an arrangement of lights that emphasize the sculpted ceiling design and grand scale of the room.

On the same level as the entry hall is the main dining room, which also overlooks the living room and the natural outside views beyond.

The split-levels maximize the ocean views from deep within the home so that from the dining room the owners and guests may still enjoy the year-round ocean sunsets.
The dining room too has a sculpted ceiling that incorporates a beautiful chandelier plus indirect accent lighting which helps to set a scene of warmth and charm.

Unlike other properties, this property is staffed with a live-in caretaker couple residing in a detached apartment above the two car garage. More like family than caretakers, the husband, who is English speaking, and the wife are more than happy to provide airport pickup as well as help with any other request; such as, tour arrangements, car rental, or a range of other optional services. The guests are free to make arrangements with the caretakers in regards to cooking, as cleaning and laundry are included. The care takers are available 24 hours a day to make your stay that much more comfortable.
