Description of the Dorado vacation home rental
we have 2 units in our home on the ocean-main floor has 2
bedrooms-1 bath-kitchen-living room-deck overlooking the
ocean (sleeps 5)-2 each in the queen beds in the bedrooms &
1 in the twin roll-a-way bed-the second floor unit has one
bedroom-1 1/2 baths-kitchen-living room-2 balconies-roof top
terrace (sleeps 5)-2 in the queen bed in the bedroom-2 in the
full size roll-a-way-1 in the twin couch/bed--
$100 price is per unit & not for the entire home-cost
for the entire home that will sleep 10 is $200 a night-
there is a 5 night minimum--
$125 a night per unit for christmas
week-

Area Information
we are 20 miles west of san juan & the airport-all highway-
we are very central to all of the many tourist attractions
on the island-in dorado there are 2 beautiful hotels, world
class golf & many fine restaurants-there are
beaches galore, all with its own personality-we are on kikita beach & there are surfers a block away-we are not in
a resort but in a nice puerto rican neighborhood-there are
no roosters next door(block away)but you will hear an
occasional dog barking at the moon-if you are fussy you will
not like us-we are for people who want to experience the real puerto rico & not spend a lot of money doing so-we are
the best value on the island for what we offer-folks, we
are just a beach house-we have solar hot water-if there is
no sun (which doesn't happen too often) there will be no hot
water-in the caribbean sometimes the power or the water goes out for a short time-things happen here that doesn't
happen in the states-you have to expect this or stay in a
hotel where they have generators-you have to be realistic in
your expectations when you come to puerto rico-expect to
have fun & you will-you will love this place-the people are
warm & friendly & the weather is a beautiful 85 every day
(just like hawaii)-please review the FAQ & rental agreement
on our site-
