Cerro Gordo is located one minute walk or bike East of a beautiful 3 mile Ocean Cliffside stretch of Natural Reserve with Mountain Bike trails, Igauna's, Private Ocean Bays and much more. One minute walk or bike to the West and you have a five mile stretch of Untouched Natural Beach. Boat launching, Kayaking, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Climbing, Surfing, are also available. Close to many available attractions. Brochures available! There are 68 beds split between 6 seperate houses. Each house is for one designated group or Family. You do not bunk with Strangers!

Cancelations: Under no circumstances are Cancellations accepted. No refunds will be given unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with owner and renter. $310 Deposit Required, $75 goes towards linen & house cleaning fee and $59 towards Property Damage insurance Policy. No show, no return policy. Any missing, lost, stolen items will be discussed and possibly deducted and or charged to the renter. Damaged & or broken items are usually covered by the rental insurance (All items must be reported to the owner whether missing, lost, stolen, damaged or broken) See Property Damage Protection in Paragraph 3 for more details. PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount. If another person sends in the deposit before you for the same dates, we will refund your deposit immediatly unless we have another House that you are satisfied with to rent to you.

Property Damage Protection: All renters will have deducted from there Deposit $59 for Property Damage Protection.
