Description of the Dorado vacation villa rental

Walk to the beach within few steps. Villa faces the pool and is located at Ocean Villas in Dorado del Mar. Only 30 min. from SJU airport. All furnished with Cable-TV&DVD on living room and both bedrooms. Master bedroom with King size bed and 2nd. bedroom with bunk bed (double bed under and single bed above) plus extra mattress available. Full living room, dinning room with 6 seats, and fully equipped kitchen. Patio is also furnished.

Area Description

Very safe area with guarded front gate. Very short walking distance to one of the most beautiful Golf Course (designed by internationally famous golf-pro ChiChi Rodriguez) and great Italian style restaurant "Oregano Bar & Grill" at the golf clubhouse. Right next to an Embassy Suites that offers all kinds of tour packages and transportation.

Dorado is a small, yet updated town where everything is close by and with the reputation of having 3 of the most famous and recognized Golf courses. Dorado is such a cozy town, but still very close to the San Juan Metropolitan area. It's quite feasible to arrange for transportation and activities such as horseback riding, deep sea fishing, excellent snorkling, etc. We can provide you with information on whom to contact for these. Moreover, Puerto Rico in general is a great island that can be explored easily. Our best recommendations for site seeings in Puerto Rico: The historic area of Old San Juan, the gorgeous rain forest of El Yunque, the world's third largest underground river cave system at Rio Camuy Cave Park, the world's largest radio telescope at Arecibo Observatory, and the finest collection of Puerto Rican art at Ponce Museum of Art.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: American Express, Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
Deposits: 10% of Total is required at moment of Reservation, Total Balance due 1 week Prior to occupancy date. For holiday season, a 50% of Total is required at moment of Reservation, Total Balance due 1 week Prior to occupancy date. If Rental Agreement is longer than 3 months, Monthly Fees and Deposits are negotiable.
Other Fees: $65/week - Cleaning Fee. If Rental Agreement is longer than 1 month, Cleaning Fee frequency and fees are negotiable. Rental rates may vary depending on the season, such as Christmas & New Years. Please, ask if your desired dates fall in a holiday.

We had a great time and the condo was just as it is stated and shown in the pictures. Great location and beautiful grounds. The condo was equipped with everything you would need and more! We were two moms traveling with four teenage girls and we felt very safe. If you are looking for a great location (right next to Embassy Suites), do not hesitate to rent this condo! It was not far to the rainforest(which was awesome!) We also had a great time on a "Salty Dog" snorkeling trip!

This in an awesome vacation spot, it's very private and calm. The Villa is just as it shows in the pictures and it is very comfortable. We literally walked to the pool and beach within a few steps, as described. We loved the beach since it was great for kids and for relaxing. We're going back soon.

Needed to escape to the sunshine for the weekend. The house was beautiful, and the beach was exceptional. The rooms are extremely well kept and comfortable. Next to the Embassy Suites Hotel and to the Dorado del Mar Golf Course and tennis courts. 5 minutes from 5 more golf courses. Very safe community, great for kids. Minutes away from great seafood restaurants. The value for money was much more than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.
