This beautiful and recently renovated beach-villa is located at Villas de Playa I, Dorado Puerto Rico. Dorado is a small tourist town in the northern coast of Puerto Rico, 15 miles (24 km) west of San Juan and is located in the northern region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Dorado's climate is very hot in the summer months and cool in the winter. Temperatures range around 50 °F (10 °C) to 80 °F (27 °C) in the winter and 75 °F (24 °C) to 95 °F (35 °C) in the summer.

The beach-villa is a two bedroom, two-level apartment, next to the beach with an ocean view. On the first-level, it has the living and dining areas, a modern kitchen, a full bathroom and two covered terraces. The living room and the kitchen area is air conditioned. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. A master bedroom has a queen-size bed with bathroom access. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have balconies with spectacular ocean view and mini-splits air conditioning.

We provide complimentary soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. The beach-villa has washer and dryer appliances. There is also a children playground as well as two controlled-access pools; One of them is a wading pool. Additional photo are available upon request.

The beach villa is five minutes walking to the Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Golf and Casino Resort. From the beach-villa, you can walk west to exercise along the Sardinera beach trail located at the west side of the Villas de Playa I condominium. The Dorado Fishing Village is next to the condominium where you can purchase fresh fish directly from the fishermen as they return from the open sea around noon every day.

You are close to the most visited tourist location in Puerto Rico: The Arecibo Radio Telescope and Observatory (the largest single-aperture telescope ever constructed); the Casa Bacardi Rum Distillery visitors are treated to a fascinating guided tour of the facilities at the 'Cathedral of Rum.' Everything from the vast fermentation vats to the high-speed bottling machinery is at work and on display; Camuy River Cave Park there are only two other places in the world where you will find a cave system as massive or dramatic as the Río Camuy Cave Park; The Yunque Rainforest- The Caribbean National Forest, often called El Yunque Rainforest, has the highest visitation of any natural site in Puerto Rico.
