Description of the Drasnice vacation apartment rental

Drašnice, a little village by the sea is situated about 10 kilometres on the south from Makarska, on the way to Dubrovnik. The part near the sea is partly covered with pine woods, and there are small gravel beaches along the entire coast. We recommend Drašnice as a village for a quiet vacation.
Our house is located in a peaceful part of village in shadow by the old pine -trees, a few minutes from beach and centre of village.

We offer luxurious apartments with air-condition,radio,Tv-satelite,DVD,full equipped kitchen,parking,grill.

Apartment A(4+2) located on the firsr floor, it has 2 sleeping rooms,2 bathrooms,living room with two couches,kitchen,big balcony with sea view. Its sizes´85 meters.

Apartment B(4+1) is on the ground floor and it has one large terrace,2 sleeping rooms,living room,kitchen,1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Its sizes´ 53 meters.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Check out time 9:00 o´clock in the morning and check in time after 12:00 o´clock in the afternoon.

PAYMENT:

A deposit of EUR 100 has to be paid by reservation confirmation, which will be reduced of your finley invoice by arrival.

Area Description

DRASNICE, a village in the Makarska littoral, 3 km southeast of Podgora; population 331. Drasnice is a picturesque village, offering excellent opportunities for pleasant vacations. Water sports opportunities are also provided. The coastal belt is partly covered by pine forests and small pebble beaches stretch along the coast. Chief occupations include farming, viticulture, olive growing (in the flysh Drasnice field) and fishing. Yachts and boats may dock along the 25-m long pier. The village lies on the main road (M2, E65).
Immediately in front of Drašnice there are the islands Hvar, Brač, Korčula and the peninsula Pelješac and in the north there are the most important towns Makarska, Omiš and Split.
Day trips by ship are offered in Makarska as well as natural trails in the Biokovo Nationalpark.
The mild climate and the picturesque lanes give to the dreamy village the typical mediterranean ambience with avenues of tamarisks, a little port and some very ancient houses made of stone.

Our house is only 150 meters from beach and only 70 meters from supermarket.
