Stayed at the Happy tymes farm over this past 4th. The house was huge for our family. trees and shrubs were over grown and cut down on the true beauty of the home. the grass was very long we spent 2 hours filling the "water feature" and making it work. the doors are missing screws and one was broke on arrival. there are thresh holds that stick up about a inch its kinda a trip hazard for little kids. The Kitchen truly is the best part of this house! its huge and we spent every night in that area. great for cooking and social! Everything seems to be for taller people which was great I'm 6'5 and I could fit under the shower head!

Lots of room, If you like mountains, you have a view of them all around. Plenty of kitchen room for several people to be in there to work. Nice hot tub, Lots of yard for kids to play in back with a fence in yard. Close to stores, Walmart, etc
