The house is ideal for those seeking the perfect and most exclusive location and luxury accommodation that no other hotel or apartment in Dubrovnik can match! To add serenity to the place, the square and surrounding streets are pedestrian zones.

The house has three bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen area and two bathrooms. It is prefect for couples, friends and families. All bedrooms as well as the lounge have plasma TVs with DVDs. A special care was taken in choosing the bedding and decorating, always taking into account the highest standards that we want our guests to enjoy. The kitchen and lounge areas are modern and stylish. We are proud to offer our guests the most comfortable accommodation in the finest part of Dubrovnik.

Area Description

The gleaming marble streets of Dubrovnik are lined with baroque buildings and churches punctuated by beautifully sculpted Renaissance fountains and facades.

Gatherings and other activities take place mostly on the Luza square. Extending off of this square is the main street, within the city walls, called Placa �� Stradun and it stretches all the way across the Old Town of Dubrovnik. This is where '22 The Stradun', the luxury newly renovated house is located. The palace of Sponza, Orlando's pillar, the baroque church of St. Vlaho, the sacristan box, and Onofria's fountain are literally next to this over 500 year old house.
