Description of the Duck vacation home rental

Oceanside. Family friendly home in Schooner Ridge with ocean views from the deck and screened porch. A hop, skip and jump to the beach and quick walk with the kids to the Rec Center. A break from the beach is no problem in this home. A backyard with a pool, hot tub, horseshoes and volleyball court still has the room for kids to run and play. A game of basketball can be played in the driveway. Family owned and used, "We Think Family." No need to drag the high chair, gates and portacrib from home. This house has it all. If you need to continue to work from your beach office, high speed Internet access is available. While you are keeping in touch with work or just emailing family, the kids will be happy with board games, videos, DVDs and Nintendo. Come and enjoy our home as much as we do. A new hot tub will be installed for 2009. Area Description

The Outer Banks has been a family destination for years. If you are looking to reconnect with your friends and family, this is the place. Relaxation is the key. Wonderful signts such as The Beach Road with the wild horses, lighthouse, and Jockeys Ridge Sand Dunes are all favorites. Don't forget to visit the Wright Brothers museum. Wonderful restaurants and local artisans.

This home was more than advertised. We could tell that the homeowners take pride in their home. It has many personal touches that made us feel at home. It is one of the best locations on the Outer Banks. We had a blast.
