Large, bright and spacious Water Garden Farm is a beautiful Turn-Key furnished 2 bd 2 ba home located on beautiful secluded acres at Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery. November thru March availability is for Seasonal Rental only, minimun 30 days or more. April thru October availability is nightly, weekly or monthly. Bunker Hill is located on the Central Gulf Coast of Florida in north eastern Manatee County east of Parrish near Duette. The cottage overlooks two natural spring fed water garden ponds with native fish, water turtles and blooming water lillies. Full wrap-around deck to sit and absorb the peace & quite of nature's get-away. The house sleeps 6...2 queen beds, & 2 single roll-away beds. Satellite TV (3). Cent heat and a/c. Ceiling fans. Water purification and softner system. Full kitchen & laundry room. Deck & outside lighting. Surrounded with lucious tropical greenery. Totally turn-key furnished kitchen (not a bed & breakfast), you provide your meals, etc. Acres of wooded land surrounds this hidden treasure, a small river runs through the back of the property. Deck chairs and table on deck. Property is fenced for privacy. The cottage sits on property at Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery. A fully operational Florida Farm Winery. Enjoy a complimentary "Vineyard & Winery" tour and wine tasting during your stay here at Water Garden Farm. Quite, secluded country location, away from all the hussel and bussel of city life, yet centrally located for easy access to all area attractions. Water Garden Farm & Bunker Hill Vineyard & Winery are located on Bunker Hill Rd off SR 62 14.5 miles east of Parrish FL. Centrally located just 20 minutes to I-75. 45 minutes to the Gulf Beaches. 1 1/2 hours to Disney World, Universal Studios and Epcot in Orlando. Florida's largest outlet mall is just 25 minutes away. Duette Wilderness park (25,000 acres) 15 minutes away. Conservation Wilderness Park, 15 minutes away. WGF is located just 45 minutes away from Bradenton/ Sarasota, Tampa, & St. Petersburg. 20 minutes from main grocery & gas shopping. 5 minutes to 2 convenience stores/gas.
