Description of the Dumaguete vacation villa rental

Your dream come true: a house on the beach of a tropical paradise. Beautiful and comfortable, spacious, beautiful garden, right on the sandy beach, with a fabulous mountain view!

A splendid house, large enough to accommodate a dozen of people, fully furnished, six bedrooms with toilet and hot/cold shower, wireless internet, and sports facilities: billiards, basketball, table tennis and, of course, swimming and snorkeling in the always inviting sea. Ideal for a whole family vacation or with friends.

Our beachfront house is located in Sibulan, Negros-Oriental, 5km away from the Airport and only 15 minutes drive to the center of Dumaguete. Four daily flights connect Dumaguete with Manila, and the rest of the world. By boat it's linked to Cebu and other places in the Philippines.

Sibulan is only 15 minutes away from Dumaguete, the capital city of Negros-Oriental, Philippines. It's the city of gentle people. It's famous for it's Boulevard, where one can stroll along the bay. Here, you can go shopping and dining in fine restaurants, foreign and local cuisine, all with an amazing price / quality ratio. There are several nightspots along the bay.
Perhaps the most famous attractions of Negros Oriental are the amazing coral reefs. The most famous of them is in protected Apo-Island, visited by divers from all over the world. There are many dive-shops around who can bring you there.

One hour drive north of Sibulan is Bais-city, from where you can go on a dolphin and whale-watching trip.

Sibulan is located at the foot of a dormant volcano "Cuernos de Negros", locally known as "Mount Talines", towering 1800 meter above the sea. Go trekking to visit the virgin-forest, with waterfalls, lakes, hot-water springs and breath-taking views.
