Description of the Dunedin vacation condo rental

Condo is located at Heather Lakes Condominiums and is located on the first floor close to the pool and clubhouse. It has two bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king size bed, full bath and tv and a guest bedroom with a queen sofa bed and full bath. The condo features new ceramic tile floors throughout, fresh paint, new kitchen, ceiling fans,new reclining sofa and love seat, dining area, living room and a screened lanai. Amenities include two tvs, phones, answering machine, dvd/vcr combo, cd/radio/cassette stereo combo, full kitchen with all dishes, utensils, cookware, coffeemaker, microwave, electric range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, linens, towels, games, puzzles, videos, novels and is fully air conditioned. Washer and dryer is located on the first floor next to elevator. A heated pool and clubhouse featuring pool table, shuffleboard, library, large screen tv and full kitchen are some of the amenities offered at Heather Lakes which is a 55 and over community. It is located within walking distance to historic downtown Dunedin and the Marina where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico. Walking/biking/skating is close by on the 47 mile long Pinellas Trail. Dunedin is also the spring training home of the Toronto Blue Jays and the stadium is also within walking distance of the condo. Dunedin is close to Tampa, Clearwater Beach, St.Petersburg, Tarpon Springs and is approximately 90 minutes from Disney and Universal attractions. Rental must be for a four month minimum stay and no pets are allowed in the complex per Condo Association rules. Condo is a non smoking unit and is available from December 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008.

Condo is located in Dunedin which is just north of Clearwater Beach and south of Tarpon Springs. It is approximately 30 minutes south of Tampa and 90 minutes to Disney attractions. It is situated on the Gulf of Mexico.
