Description of the Dunedin vacation condo rental
Our four 2 BR/1BA waterfront Florida condos sit directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Dunedin Florida. They're gorgeous!
Each condo is 1000 sq. ft. with full, brand-new kitchens complete with smooth-surface stoves, built-in microwaves, regular-sized refrigerators and dishwashers.
The master bedrooms all overlook the Gulf through a sliding glass door. We have TV's and king-sized beds in each master bedroom, along with a queen beds in the guest rooms, and pull-out couches for your guests.
Renting with us comes with the usage of our fishing gear, six kayaks, five bikes, fishing and snorkeling gear, DAILY Honeymoon Island State Park passes, Blu-ray players with Netflix, WIFI, and washer/dryer.
Plus, as a bonus, our guests get access to a sunset cruise with our very own Captain Chuck!
Area Information
Relax: Lounge on your patio or balcony and listen to the waves, watch the waterfowl or catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming past. Or head inside to watch a movie on Netflix free of charge.
Fish: Hook snook, trout, redfish and more right off the property with our fishing gear. No need to bring your own!
Bike: Bikes are included in your reservation! Ride them along the Pinellas Trail, which has miles and miles of scenic paths all along the coast and through historic downtown areas. Ride them (or take a 1-minute drive) to Honeymoon Island, a Florida State Park with nature trails, long stretches of white sand, and even a dog beach! Plus, we offer a free pass to Honeymoon Island, which is an $8 value every time you go to the park.
Kayak: Kayaks are also included in your reservation! Take a trip across the cove to Caladesi Island, which boasts pristine kayak trails through Florida's mangroves, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S.
Shop: Dunedin's historic downtown area boasts quaint shops, art galleries and hometown bistros with delicious food for your enjoyment.
Golf: Two beautiful public courses at The Dunedin Country Club and St. Andrew's Links offer all the golfing you can handle.
Play: Tampa is just 30 minutes away, and offers Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, museums, nightlife, malls, dining, and much more!

Great place to stay
March 26, 2013
We enjoyed staying at Nautical Landings. It was as featured in the listing. It was a very relaxing location. Great to watch birds and dolphins off dock. We enjoyed using kayaks and bicycles. It was walking distance to grocery and restaurants, biking distance to town and state park Dunedin was a very pleasant, low key place to stay. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect Retreat!

My husband and I decided on a last minute weekend away. Luckily enough we found Annette's condo was available. Annette was fantastic she got straight back to me after the initial enquiry and we confirmed all the arrangements. This was my first time renting a vacation home and Annette walked me through it. She even sent me a text in the evening to make sure I had found the condo okay and everything was satisfactory. The Condo was in a great location, close to the town and beaches. The condo was also fully loaded with all that we would need for the short trip and the place was immaculate. Will definitely be returning for another trip.

We had a fantastic stay at gulf landings, it was everything we had hoped, and more. The views were amazing, and the dock was such a lovely place to sit at night - we were surprised by all the fish! Dolphins went past every morning and evening, and we also saw manta rays from the dock. The condo had everything we needed and was really lovely inside. The kayaks were great, but it was way too hot to brave cycling! We would recommend staying here to anyone, and hope to return next year. Thank you so much!!

Great place for all ages

The condo and location was just as pictured - beautiful. It was wonderful sitting at the end of the pier in the evening to watch the sunset. At night, it was very relaxing. Our grandchildren (ages 6-14) enjoyed their stay -- fishing, kayaking, etc. They never uttered the words "I'm bored"!

Lorie VanMeter from Indiana: It was a great experience waking up to the waterfront patio every morning, there was so much ocean life just off of the patio that we didn't have to venture out into the deep waters to watch life as it happens in the ocean. The kayaks were awesome, it was a great summer experience for my 14 year old son and his friend being able to kayak to the other islands. They also rode the bikes to Honeymoom Island, as soon as they got there they called to let me know how great it was to be able to get to the island by bicycle.
We saw dolphins 4 of the 7 days that we were there, sting rays just about everyday and several other sea creatures that you wouldn't find staying in a condo located on the beach. I loved it - it was great. I'm looking forward to coming back in 2009, possibly in the late fall of 2008 again if our schedules work out.
