We stayed for a month at this lovely condo. As advertized the view and location were the best. Condo clean and serviceable. Owner and condo assoc. are great to deal with. We have booked for next year.

Great site for Gulf Vacations

we stayed a Lands-End for 2 weeks , the condo is ideal for 2 persons (condo 1-203). Clean and very good usability. We can highly recommend it . (a minor improvement could be made, the tv has a bad picture quality and a new flat-tv may be an improvement .... but we stayed there not to watch tv ...)

Sue and I stayed in your lovely apartment for June 2011. It is a very comfortable unit, a real home from home. As for the location, its one of the best to be found anywhere. Overlooking St Josephs sound, we enjoyed laying in bed watching the fishing boats heading out each morning. After that, with breakfast on the balcony, we watched the Dolphin families coming past along with Fish Eagles, snowy and black Eagrets and a host of other birds. We saw a Manatee twice during our stay. If you want to wind down and relax - this is the place. MMMmmmm........... Note to self - MUST GO BACK!

A wonderful spot!

The condo was wonderful: spacious, well equipped and with a glorious view. The laundry facilities were great and the courtyard just an oasis of plants. A breeze kept the air moving and was refreshing. I enjoyed books from the library in the common room and folks around the pool were really welcoming and friendly. The balcony was only a few meters away from the seawall of the intercoastal and we had our morning coffee, lunch and reading time sitting there watching pelicans, egrets, eagles, a dolphin family complete with mom dolphin teaching baby to fish. There was always something to see from kayaks and small craft to manatees and schools of fish and beautiful sunsets. Being on the second floor was a bonus as we left windows open so we woke to the view and the sounds of the water. A 45 minute morning walk took us out the causeway along the beach nearly to the park on Honeymoon Island, and the pub around the corner was a great spot at day's end. We are just disappointed that the unit is booked for March next year, as we would like to be there in March rather than April for family reasons. A wonderful spot.

I actually brought Mom over for lunch with her caregiver on Thursday. You would have thought the dolphins were being paid to perform.
They fed and hung around for the entire time. It was wonderful. My Mom was sooo happy.

Just a quick note to say a BIG thank you for renting your lovely condo to us. We had a fantastic time there, and as you said there are good local places to eat weliked the place at the end of the road we had good food and spent the night relaxing with a cool drink listening to the live music. Can we come back please !!!! we miss the dophins the manatees the pelicans even the seagulls - we miss the pool the dock and the sunsets 'sigh' oh well back to work. Hope to visit again soon. Sam x
