Description of the Dunedin vacation home rental
This is a super little vacation house which backs onto a lake in a quiet neighbourhood close to the charming town of Dunedin. The house has a private pool (with optional use of pool heater) and is located only 2 miles from the gulf coast and about 5 miles from the #1 rated beach at Caladesi Island. The house is fully furnished, with 3 bedrooms which can sleep 7 people, and includes cable TV, 40" flat screen HDTV and wireless Internet.
Master Bedroom has Queen bed and ensuite bathroom w/shower.
Bedroom #2 has two twin/single beds.
Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed, upper is a twin/single bed and lower is a double bed.
Two bicycles are available for your use.
8 mins by car to Countryside Mall (2 miles).
9 mins by car to Dunedin Golf Club - Golf (2.5 miles)
21 mins by car to Clearwater Beach (8.5 miles).
50 mins by car to Busch Gardens Tampa (26 miles).

Truly a home from home

A lot of care has gone into making this place a real home from home, even down to the detail such as a well equipped kitchen, things to read, and films to watch. High up on the list are the beds, which were extremely comfortable. The pool was excellent, both to relax but also large enough to swim. We were unable to fault a single thing!
