Description of the Dunedin vacation home rental

Two bedroom fully furnished house with sleeper sofa, will accomodate up to six people. House has one bathroom, multiple T.V.'s,with DVD and VHS. Screened in porch with washer and dryer, and gas grill. Fully equiped kitchen includes microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher,
refrigerater with automatic ice maker, and breakfast bar.
Central heat and air. Linen's, towels, and bedding all included. One ruby red grapefruit tree, and one ponderosa lemon tree in front yard.

The house is located eight blocks from the water. It is walking distance to the Pineallas trail, which is a 34 mile long bike and walking trail, that includes refreshment stops, and many other attractions along the way. Also enjoy delightfully different Dunedin’s downtown with unique and quaint shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

Dunedin Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island and State Park, are just a 10 min. drive.
Caladesi State Park is rated #1 in the United States. With a short boat ride from the state park, to Caladesi Island , you can enjoy some of the best shelling in the area on its secluded beaches that are only accessible by boat. There are also several nature trails on the Isalnd, and great fishing.

Clearwater Beach and Marina are only a 15 min. drive. There you can find great fishing charters, dolphin encounter cruises, dinner cruises, parasailing, unique shops, and great restaurants. Sunsets at Pier 60 on Clearwater beach is a free nightly celebration that includes crafter’s, artisans’s, street performers, and live music. Also nearby is the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
This aquarium rehabilitates rescued and injured marine animals.

This house is beautifully situated in Dunedin, close to the water and close to the Blue Jays spring training stadium. We were an extended family of 5 that stayed in the house. It was extremely comfortable, quiet and came with fresh grapefruit (from the tree in the front yard). The owner has remodeled the house and although the house is 1200 sf, it seemed much bigger. The kitchen is beautiful in oak with bars on both sides to sit and talk while eating or cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the sleeper sofa was too. The owner has left nice extras like a juicer for the grapefruit, coffee, tea, filters, paper towels, sugar, artifical sweetener, wine openers, playing cards, information about the area, and many pots and pans. We had 10 people over for dinner and it was easy. The screened porch was our breakfast area in the morning and where we sat in the evening. I highly recommend this property. Dunedin is a fabulous area with lots to do. The house is a terrific bargain.
