Three blocks from Gulf of Mexico/ Two blocks from Pinellas trail for biking ,running and walking. 26miles long.
Best beaches on the gulf.
Shopping and quaint downtown area with small town feel. Large mall and theatre 4 miles away.

Great property to rent

This was a last minute find and I am so happy I found it. The place was a delight. The house had been recently upgraded with all the amenities of a 5 start hotel, extremely clean, contemporary furniture, SS appliances, granite counters, new W/D, comfy layout, luxurious beds, serious outdoor grill, large HDTV and superb sound system, location was good, bike to Pinellas trail, short ride to Dunedin, and the guy who owns it, Mark is a wonderful man to work with and know. I highly recommend the place. It's a real find.

A:Lot's of reasons, Barbeque,with fireplace in back yard. Hammock in back relax with outdoor music playing.
Or relax in the steamroom after a nice workout in the garage.
Or just relax in the reading room with a vast selection of Great books.
Or take a walk down to the water to watch the sunset or walk on the pinellas trail to little quaint Downtown area.
I can go on and on.
