A unique two bedroom cabin located in Dunlap/Squaw Valley, California, 20 miles from the north entrance to Sequoia and King's Canyon National Park. This stylish new cabin is set in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains on a 160-acre private ranch in a serene and secluded location, two miles from Highway 180. It is perfect for a honeymoon, a relaxing family retreat or an equestrian vacation. The cabin is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans and linens. The cabin is one mile from the Fresno Field Archery Range and two miles from the local hang glider landing field. Escape the hectic pace of the city and relax in a rustic mountain getaway located at 2000 ft. elevation - above the valley fog and below the winter snow.

Area Description

King's Canyon/Sequoia National Park, and the adjoining National Forest, has 4,000,000 acres of some of the most spectacular sights and scenes anywhere in the world. Both parks have groves of giant sequoia trees, soaring mountain peaks, countless lakes, waterfalls, cascading creeks and flowering meadows. Activities in the parks and national forest include sightseeing, hang gliding, hiking, back-packing, world-class rock climbing at Needles and Dome Rock, off-road biking, fishing, horseback riding, cross-country skiing and white water rafting at the national parks. There is fishing and boating at Pine Flat Lake. Houseboat rentals are available. Pine Flats also has a launching ramp for your own watercraft. The Endangered Cat Haven exhibits a variety of rare wild cats on tour daily. Only 1-2 hour away are several Indian gaming casinos. A 2-3 hour drive will find you in Yosemite National Park.
