Walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, movies, and many mountain biking and hiking trail heads. A BMX park, for the young and young-at-heart, is also located directly across the river. Recent additions of a Natures Oasis Grocery, Butcher Shop, and Wine Store opened just across the river. Development consists of 24 acres along the Animas River. To the north, the impressive San Juan Mountains provide excellent skiing each winter and hiking, mountain biking, rafting and fly fishing on the Animas River each summer.
