All the creature comforts: private loft, family room with walk out patio/water view, 2.5 baths, main level great room/fully furnished kitchen & living room. Queen bed in the loft bedroom. Queen bed on main living level. Double & 2 twin beds in the lower level bedroom. Futon sofa & chair in Family room. Enclosed porch also has wakout & sleper sofa.

Linens & towels included. Did I mention a fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, paddle boat, fishing boat and private pier?

Rents from $1900-$2000 per week. Limited Nightly Rentals available.

• Other Fees: 30 days prior to occupancy tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of $500 which will by acknowledged by Landlord as security for any damages caused to premises. Such deposit will be returned to tenants with out interest, and less any set off for damages upon departure.
