Description of the Eagle River vacation cabin rental

I have 2 cabins on North Twin Lake, The lake is approximately 3400 acres and is a great fishing lake(Muskie, Northern and perch). Both cabins come fully furnished and completely ready to rent. Each cabin is 3 bedrooms and holds 6-7 people comfortably. We supply all dishes and bedding. There are TVs and dvd/vcr's. We supply grills, row boat and canoe. Each cabin has a fire pit and its own pier right out the cabin door. The boat launch is approximately 1/2 mile from the cabin. Out the back of the cabin is the Phelps snowmobile trail which will also take you to Eagle River.

Area Description

We are on North Twin Lake, the lake is approximately 3400 acres. There are 5 bars/resturants on the lake. There are also hiking trails near the cabin if hiking is for you. Conover is approximately 12 miles from Eagle River where there are great shops for those of you who like to shop. In eagle river there is also minigolf, horseback riding. Like i said we are on the snowmobile trail that takes you into Eagle River, eagle river is the snowmobile capitol of the world. We are approximately 15 minutes from the ATV trails for those of you who enjoy ATVing. There are many events that go on there over year. Please visit our link below to check out the dates.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Anything to do with the water is right on site if you have your own boats to ski/tube ect. We do have a rowboat as well as a canoe that renters are able to use. Same with the snowmobiling. That is also onsite if you own a snowmobile. Otherwise it is approximately 12 miles.

Secluded Piece of Heaven on the Water, August 4, 2009

I just wanted to say that my boyfriend and I had stayed for a weekend (last minute trip) in one of the cabins and it was really wonderful. The area had everything we needed and the cabin was very peaceful and secluded (amongst other cabins). The view of the lake was absolutely amazing. I would only like to add that I did not stay in the cabin that is pictured here, but in another. We had expected a queen sized bed and the cabin we were in only had 2 full and 2 twin... it was a bit tight on a full bed with my 6'2" boyfriend. So, I would definitely make sure that you have the bed size you need in the cabin you will be staying in before you arrive. Other than that, everything was much better than expected! The owner happened to be onsite that weekend and was very friendly, nice and informative as well, thank you!
