Eagle Pointe Villas C1 & C3 are located 2 miles west of Eagle River, Wisconsin on Watersmeet Lake. Watersmeet Lake is part of a 28 lake chain that is the largest fresh water chain of lakes in the World!!

Right at the end of the driveway is Snowmobile Trail 70W. A gateway to over 500 miles of nightly groomed snowmobile trails located in Vilas County!!!!! Eagle River is the SNOWMOBILE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!!!! It's our official trademark!

Plenty of parking for trailers. Plus there is a restaurant & bar within walking distance. Eagle River Inn & take the snowmobile/walking bridge to DeNoyer's across the river!

Area Description

Eagle River, Wisconsin is vacation USA!!! If you like woods, water, snow & recreation this is the spot for you.

There are over 1200 lakes in Vilas County. This doesn't count the Wisconsin River, Rice Creek, Mud Creek, Eagle River & all the other tiny creeks & ponds! Do we have fish''' You bet! Muskies, Northerns, Walleye, Pan Fish, etc. etc.

If you love to snowmobile there are miles & miles of "sledding" trails. All are groomed nightly starting with the opening of the trails in mid-December through the 31st of March. Don't own a sled & want to try snowmobiling' We'll arrange a rental & a guided ride for you!!

Cross Country Skiing in the winter & biking are the best too! Ski Trail east, west & north of Eagle River. Bike trails both paved & nature stone base abound. Bike rentals in town.

Fall brings bow hunting for deer & grouse. Gun season for deer, grouse & ducks.


For the kids there's the Children's Museum open yr round; Vilas County Fair in August; Kid's & Guides Fishing Day in July to mention a few.

Love craft fair & festivals' We'ver got em! Klondike Days, Strawberry Fest, Watermelon Days, Paul Bunyan Fest, Cranberry Fest. Plus nearly everyday there's a fest in a nearby town.

January brings the World Championship Snowmobile Derby. A week long event & the granddaddy of them all! Over 40 years & going strong.

February not only brings Klondike Days but the International Pond Hockey Tournament! It's outside & open to anybody who loves to skate. Hockey is king up here!
