Description of the East End vacation villa rental

Island's End is located on the exclusive East End of St. John Virgin Islands. This private 5 bdrm, 5 and a half bath villa, built in 1997, has 3 spacious wrap around decks, full kitchen with new blenders, microwave, dishwasher, stove and frig. Lots of pillows and linens for all the bedrooms. Beach towels, snorkels, masks, flippers and rafts. Pool deck with mini bar frig, sink and large barbeque grill. Beaches within walking distance. 220 degree panoramic views of the ocean. 2 TV's with satellite hookup, DVD, VCR, stereo and CD player for the pool area. 2 balconies off of bedrooms on the top floor. Coral Bay night life is just a 15 minute drive down the road. Plenty of great food and free music. Lovely shops and food stores. A private dock is also available for guest use also.

The villa is on the East End of the island of St. John Virgin Islands. The water views are spectacular from all floors of the villa. You can see St. Croix from the deck. Coral Bay is fifteen minutes away and it takes about a half an hour to get to downtown Cruz Bay. Vie beach is walking distance from the house and is one of the most peaceful beaches on the island, with wonderful snorkeling.

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There are 2 king sized beds and 3 queen sized beds. The maximum number of people the villa can have is 10. Coral Bay night life is really fun and has live music almost every night of the week and no cover charge. Great food and ocean-side dining.

• Deposits: 50% deposit is required 60 days prior to rental date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you reserve the villa on shorter notice the entire rental balance is due all at once.
   
• Other Fees: The villa rents for $120.00 a night PER PERSON all year round, except for Dec. 15th-Jan. 6th when the rate is $150.00 a night PER PERSON. Children 4 and under are free. The island of St. John has a hotel tax of 8% on top of the total rental rate all year round.
