Free use of Boat ramp (with no bridge) 1-1/2 miles away for ease of sailboat or large boat launching --Or bring your canoe and shove off to paradise just a few yards away. Fresh water swimming & boating/fishing are also abailable within a 10 minute drive. Relax in the front yard on the old fashioned glider or nap on the hammock, or maybe sip tea by the fish pond!
