This cottage is 400 feet from a large salt-water bay, the cottage is convenient for swimming, boating, and fishing, great location for kayaking in the Great Bay. Other popular activities in the area include deep-sea fishing and windsurfing. For those looking for adventures in and around town, Falmouth offers Four Golf Courses nearby and plenty of restaurants, theaters, and shops. Downtown Falmouth is only three minutes away by car, and 15 minutes to nearby Woods Hole with its famous Oceanographic Institute and Marine Aquarium, It is easily accessible by both car and bicycle. The scenic Falmouth Harbor is home to the Island Queen, one of the ferries that runs between the mainland and Marthas Vineyard (a must day trip).
