Beautiful home on 1.77 acres of landscaped lawn with large shade trees as well as sunny patches of grass. A secluded sandy beach on Waquoit Bay is a 5 minute stroll down a private road. A spacious 70' deck runs the length of the front of the house overlooking the grounds, perfect for entertaining outdoors and enjoying family lawn games. The first floor of the home consists of an open kitchen and dining area, adjoining family room with a wood stove, living room with a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, a mud room with a powder room, and a spacious master bedroom suite. The majority of the first floor has direct access by doors and windows to the deck and overlooks the lawn. It is very bright and sunny. The second floor has two nice sized bedrooms and a shared bath. This house is a wonderful place for families to entertain in or to use as a base to explore the Cape.
