Relax & unwind at this wonderful vacation home. It contains everything you could possibly need for a great Cape Cod vacation with all of the comforts and privacy of home! It’s absolutely spotless, tastefully furnished and decorated. This home features 2 bedrooms, living room, full-equipped kitchen, dining room and sun room. All rooms have ceiling fans. For the chilly evenings the house is equipped with a gas fireplace and central gas heating. The backyard is completely fenced in. The home is just a short drive or bike ride to Menauhant Beach. Conveniently located to fine restaurants and minutes to either quaint Cape Cod shops in downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons. Short drive to Martha's Vineyard Ferry, Woods Hole, championship golf courses, movies, bike path, fishing, boating, Bourne Go-Kart, Falmouth road race. Wireless Internet access, washer/dryer, hair dryer, linens, towels and beach chairs supplied. Truly a home away from home. You will not be disappointed! Pets considered.

You'll like our convenient location. Enjoy all of the amenities of Cape Cod including swim or sunbathe at the beach, miniature golf, and bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path to Woods Hole. Whale Watching Cruises out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Attend a baseball game of the Cape Cod Baseball League's Falmouth Commodores. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the Falmouth Harbor. Falmouth has so much to offer and it's all close by. Wireless Internet Access is available and included as a free service. You provide your own personal computer.

This was the most comfortable vacation home we have ever rented! All you need to bring is food and you are all set. The house is neat as a pin and convenient to everything. The owners are wonderful and provide excellent service.

We had two days of not so perfect weather but filled those days by going to museums, movies and shopping. Otherwise, we took trips to P-Town, The Vineyard, Hyannis, Falmouth, Woods Hole, and Sandwich.

Mashpee Commons has great shopping and dining. Cupcake Charlie's is a must if you have any appreciation of baked joy! Smitty's Ice Cream was great, and British Brewing Company is a great place for lunch/dinner.

Our dog enjoyed the beaches of P-Town and Wakeby/Mashpee Pond. He also loved his morning walks to the end of the road by the beach!

There is so much we still want to do! We have already booked our week there for 2009. Next time we want to get to the Barnstable County Fair go on a whale watching trip, and spend another day on the Vineyard.

We enjoyed your lovely home so much as did our dog Tootsie. We had a relaxing week and were able to do some exploring around Woods Hole as well as shopping in the gift shops around the Cape. We had a great week at your house, and in the Falmouth area. We are always grateful for people who take dogs, as we hate to leave ours behind. She enjoyed the beach as much as we did, and we could easily let her out in the yard without worrying. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable, with everything you need or want close by. The weather was very nice for the last week in october - sunny and 50's each day. A little windy, but we didn't mind.

Our stay here has been wonderful. The weather was perfect every day. We took lots of walks, the area is beautiful. The beaches are jut right for our liking this time of year-not too hot. Hi we're from England 50 miles from London-Milton Keynes. The weather has been great especially after our very wet Summer in the UK. Hot up to 80f. We are really happy with the house. It has been a real treat to stay here. We've done the Hyannis Harbour Cruise and the Whale Watching , been to the Plimouth Plantation & Mayflower II. Visited Martha's Vineyard again & loved Edgartown. We were down the 6A which is amazing & done the Cape Cod Railroad trip which was good & very informative. Beaches are fantastic here and lovely to sit & watch the world go by.

We have had a wonderful week. Your house is just beautiful! So comfortable and everything we needed as well. The weather has been mostly sunny, couple of damp days, but nothing to spoil our time. We drove around and explored as many places as possible from New Bedford to Provincetown and all in between. We love New England! Everyone we have met and spoken with have been so friendly and helpful. The trip to Martha's Vineyard was excellent and well worth it. We love looking at all the lighthouses-the week has been spent searching the shops for the right one to take home, which we found on Friday! The house was beautiful and had plenty of space. We used the backyard and the grill almost everyday. Days we went out to eat there were plenty of restaurants to choose from like the Hearth and Kettle or the British Beer Company. It was a quick bike ride to the beach and a short walk to Dunkin Donuts. There is a playground just across the street for those families with children. Spend a day in the shops downtown or take the drive up to Hyannis or Provincetown for great shopping and dining and hit a vineyard or two on the way! I had a wonderful stay, the house was clean and well maintained and well stocked with linens and even beach supplies!

This home is even better than pictured! It was absolutely immaculate, had everything I needed for a relaxing vacation, and is a short walk, bike ride or drive to the ocean. Falmouth is a great location - restaurants, shopping and attractions are within minutes of the house and it serves as a good homebase for day trips to Provincetown, Plymouth, Martha's Vinyard etc. I would definitely stay here again when I return to the Cape and would recommend this home to anyone!

Our week here has gone by too quickly. Your home has been a large part of our enjoyment. Not only well appointed, it felt comforting to return to after a busy day. Kudos to you for having thought of everything. We particularly enjoyed our visit to Nantucket and Mr. Barrett's bus tour. Also, eating at the Wicked Oyster in Wellfleet and the Saulty Duck Pottery there. Falmouth has definitely become a vacation destination for us.
