Description of the East Falmouth vacation home rental

Five bedroom ranch, hardwood floors, central heating and air-conditioning.Kitchen, dining area and living room in an open floor plan with knotty pine walls, central hall and 0ne bath part way down the hall and the second bath has washer & dryer at the end of the hall
Landscaped yard has a large deck with gas grill, glass top picnic table with umbrella, an old fashioned swing set.
There is a circular drive with parking for several cars.
We have beach chairs available.

We are located half way down a peninsuls that sticks out into the water, easy access off rte 28 to Seacoast Shores Boulevard and a 6 minute walk to our association beach. Our location is in a friendly family area.

• Deposits: Depending on how far in advance reservation is made, but all moneys must be paid at least 30 days before occupancy.Usually 50% down and the balance as above.
