Three bedroom ranch with large deck and yard on dead end street, cul de sac great for kids also there is a nice swing set on 3/4 acre property, on the eel river in East Falmouth ma capecod. Just one mile from menauhaunt beach over looking Martha's vineyard close to island Queen for a visit to martha's vineyard etc....Large yard andlarge deck and fully furnished all new stuff. $3800 a month or $2000 a week. Relaxing getaway come to cape cod and enjoy falmouth, beach,fishing, boating, great for kayaks etc....British beer company Live entertainment 5 nights a week and casino restaurant both just down by the water front a short drive away.
Off Central ave and rout 28 near shopping beach, boating, fishing you can walk to get a cup of cofee at kenyon's market and liquor store. East Falmouth near mashpee line.
