Description of the East Falmouth vacation home rental

This Cape offers 4 large A/C bedrooms (2 up and 2 down) with a full bath on each floor. In addition to a cozy fireplaced LR with cable TV & DVD, this home has a family/rec room in the basement also w/cable TV and a fooseball table. Enjoy the roomy screened porch with an attached deck overlooking a large private yard for your summer barbeques or gather your family and friends around the firepit where the kids can enjoy toasting marshmallows over an open flame. If anyone is up for a game of basketball, grab a basketball or two off the deck and play a little hoop out front. Located on a quiet deadend road that leads to a saltwater bay, this is a perfect location for children and adults as well. You'll love the views as you take a peaceful stroll along the beautiful scenic bay (just 5 houses away) or just bring along a beach chair and relax with a good book. Also convenient to main beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theater pub, bike path, and trips aboard the Island Ferries. A public boat ramp is located just a few streets away with direct access to Nantucket Sound. (Sorry, no high school or college groups.)

Area Information

Quiet dead end road, yet close to stores, restaurants, movie theater pub, island ferry, public beaches. Great Bay is just 5 houses to the end of my street which has a tranquil dirt road that follows Great Bay all the way to the Vineyard Sound. Great for walking or biking.
