Four bedrooms and two baths luxurious home is newly furnished & freshly painted all throughout with the top line mattresses & decorated in peaceful style . The cape house features 1600 sq ft of open floor plans along with the hardwood floors . Yard is nicely fenced for small kids & pets , there is gas grill available . It features 2 spacious master size bedrooms at second floor . The third and fourth bedrooms are at first level. House features access to High speed Wi-Fi, DVD Player , VCR , digital cable and stereo .

Well setup house for faimly and pets

Perfect for family and pet's on vacation. Hand almost everything needed plus extras such as bike and kayka's. Good location could bike to the beach, short ride to some great shopping and food.

The owners Wendy and Andrew went out of their way to make this home fun and beautiful for any guests coming out to the Cape. It's close to the beach and to shops but frankly with the deck, the fenced in yard and the ample room we spent most of the time puttering around the house on our friends weekend away. We did get into Falmouth Town and walked on the beach but it was still too cold for anyone to go swimming. They have outfitted the house with most of what anyone would need including some pantry staples and even a set of 4 new bikes for riding around. They were extremely accommodating and even apologetic about some minor damage from the previous tenant that quite frankly we never would have noticed. The new furniture and fresh decor is nice and definitely a step above a lot of similar cottages on the Cape. We would highly recommend this to friends and family and will be staying here again soon.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
