This newly renovated home has three bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. Open floor plan with a well equiped kitchen that that seats 6. Deck and patio set for outside dining. This modern home has all the comforts of home. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, #2 has a full bed and #3 has a twin bunkbed set and a full size futon. Sofa in the living room is a pull out bed.

Area Information

This property is located on Seacoast Shores a scenic salt water peninsula with a private beach and deep water access to Vineyard Sound and Washburn Island sanctuary. This wonderfull saltwater community is great for kayaking, fishing clamming, and boating/sailing. Boat launch is less that a 1/2 mile a way, and kayak launch is at end of street. Short ride to Falmouth beaches, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, local bike trail, shopping and world class golf courses.
