This property is located on Seacoast Shores a scenic salt water peninsula with a private beach and deep water access to Vineyard Sound and Washburn Island sanctuary. This wonderfull saltwater community is great for kayaking, fishing clamming, and boating/sailing. Boat launch is less that a 1/2 mile a way, and kayak launch is at end of street. Short ride to Falmouth beaches, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, local bike trail, shopping and world class golf courses.
