This spacious home has large windows in the dining room, perfect for eating your meals from the fully equipped kitchen. Included is a dishwasher, garbage compactor, fridge and freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave and much more.

The first floor has a large open living-dining and kitchen area with living room with TV and a separate den, ideal as a reading area with a fireplace..
The second floor has and a lovely master bedroom suite with skylight.
The third floor has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms . One with a queen sized bed, a king sized bed, a single bed, and finally a pullout bed with 2 twins.

Other amenities include central heating/air conditions, Washer/ dryer, Linens Provided, Off Street Parking, cable television, Free Long Distance within the USA and Canada, Broadband Internet, WiFi (Wireless Internet), .

The backyard has a large in ground pool, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and includes a large outdoor umbrella.

Only 90 minutes from Manhattan. Convenient transportation:Long Island Rail Road or the luxury Hampton Jitney.

Matthew said : A lovely family house, in a quiet part of the Hamptons, with wonderful access to Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Montauk. Everything went smoothly. Lots of useful information was provided by the hosts. There is loads of space. The pool was lovely, and the bbq worked well. Highly recommended.
