This is 4BR/3Bth contemporary house located in the Springs off Three Miles Harbor Rd, 4.2 miles from Citterella.
Steps to Gardiner's Bay. Swimming pool, outside shower, new deck, cable TV, fireplace, Wi-Fi, desktop computer, one bike is available as well.
Two master bedrooms on the 2nd floor w/two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the first floor--must share bathroom. This is very private house, but tons of windows.

House was exactly as described - 4 large bedrooms & 3 bath; a beautiful pool and deck w/chaurs & table. Plenty of sheets, towels etc.
