This is very private house, but tons of windows.

NO POOL PARTIES allowed, this is a noise ordinance in affect.
NO LOUD parties and MUSIC CAN BE PLAYED AFTER 10 PM
During the day noise(music) level must be under control as well.

2. Security deposit of $1,500 must be paid with the

4. Total payment must be made in advance at least one
week before the set day.

HOUSE RULES::
1. Recycle - separate glass, plastic (cans, plastic
bottles, etc.), perishable trash, cartons & paper
YOU MUST TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU.
2. Absolutely not - leaving any cigarette buts, paper,
plastic cups, etc. around the house, in the house,
on the deck and no trash behind the deck: place
everything in the garbage bags.
3. No loud music, no screaming outside the house
4. No recreational drugs.
5. No use of fireplace in the summer (you use it -
you clean it).
6. Do not remove any personal items from the closets
- if you need an additional space, just put it aside
in the closet.
7. You must turn off all the lights and air-condition
before vacating the house.
8. Clean after your animals around the house and on
the deck.
9. No animals allowed on the couch.
10. No animals allowed in the pool.
11. Use the pool at your own risk (pool is from 3' to
9' deep).
12. You must take care of the garbage - recycle center
on Fire Spring Rd., 2 miles from the house
13. Security deposit will be returned by mail (personal
check) within one week, after the house is inspected.
14. House is restricted to 8 guests (might accommodate
extra 2 people, MUST ask)
