Description of the East Hampton vacation home rental

WOW.....Here is everything you could want in a vacation home. What is more, because we privately-own and manage this vacation home, you will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras and special touches.
Nestled in woods it is located on a quiet lane with no thru traffic. You will love the area yet convenience for shopping, dining and entertainment.
What sets this home apart is it extends gracious indoor and outdoor spaces for summer living and entertaining.
Our favorite room is the spacious living room with a roaring fire in the fireplace and the breathtaking view thru the sliding doors opening onto the deck. The master bedroom (Queen Bed) is also a favorite as it is on the opposite side of the house away from the other two bedrooms (Queen Beds) granting enhanced privacy. For extra sleeping accommodations, we have a full-size sofa bed in the main living area. (Children will love it because they can stay up late and watch their favorite TV show.)
We also provide a fully-equipped kitchen and a gas and charcoal grill. Both the dining and kitchen area provides leisurely serving with access to the deck. Plus our washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter - saving more room for shopping finds.
The home features a full basement, central air-conditioning, enclosed outdoor shower, internet service available and porch and garden.
Finally, I saved the best til last, the heated 20 x 40 foot swimming pool just beyond the deck. Relax in the lounge chairs or take a splash in the pool. Sounds like the perfect way to unwind.

It is only five minutes to East Hampton Village which offers exclusive shopping from designers around the world, exceptional restaurants and minutes away from the ocean. The Old Whaling Village of Sag Harbor, giant fishing capital of Montauk and wine-making community of Bridgehampton, is also within distance.

• Deposits: Security desposit is 10% for monthly rentals which is refundable after home has been inspected. Security deposit for weekly rentals is $500.00 which is refundable after home has been inspected. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice. Security deposit and rent payment confirm a reservation. Prices quoted are U.S. Dollars.
   
• Other Fees: There are other fees that are not included in the rent: electricity, cable, pool maintenance (unless the renters chooses to care for it themselves) and oil which heats the pool. Phone and yard care are included in the rent and there are no cleaning fees.

My husband and I really enjoyed this house. It was very comfortable and romantic - candles everywhere, sofas that begged to be lounged upon, and an extremely private pool. Also the kitchen was well outfitted (we like to cook) and the owners were friendly and helpful.

Imagine MY surprise when my boyfriend surprised me with a romantic Valentines Day Vacation that lasted a long week-end ! It only got better when we pulled up to this warm & cozy country home ! Pat's house is perfect, everything we needed was there, we barely left the house, except to get more firewood ! Loved the fireplace ! Perfect for the week of snow that we had. This place was SO comfortable, clean & neat. We felt very at home, everything was very easy to find. We can't wait to rent again when the pool is open ! Thank-you so much Pat !
