Beautiful new home on private wooded acre near beaches and adjacent to nature preserve and trails. 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths.

Open living room, dining room, kitchen area with skylights and sliders. Kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless appliances; LR has wood-burning fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and surround sound.

Large master bedroom upstairs has Jacuzzi tub and his/her sinks; Downstairs master has stall shower and private deck. Third bedroom can be used as office or “twin.

20x40 foot heated pool with childproof fencing; 30 foot deck with teak furniture; gas grill; outdoor shower; central air and heat; washer/dryer on main floor; parking for 3 cars.

NO smokers, NO groups!

Area Description

The house is surrounded by several hundred acres of wooded trails ... great for walking, biking, riding.

It's 1 mile to three different bay beaches, which are great for kids and kayaking, and 3 miles to the Atlantic. A quaint general store is right around the corner and opens at 6AM!!! Farmers market, fish store, and wine store are a 2 minute drive away.

For those of you who love to shop, the town of East Hampton has it all ... Tiffany's, Ralph, Coach, etc. as well as 5-movie cinema.

My place is a quiet,homey, and self-contained retreat. But if you do want to go out, there are literally dozens of great places to eat ranging from seafood shacks to 5-star; spa's, gyms, spinning, and yoga galore; art openings, theater, and music; as well as some of the best beaches in the world.
