Vacation Rental Description

CHARMING 3-4BR/2BA home, all new furnishings, with INGROUND POOL, fireplace, lots of decking, entire property is fenced in for privacy. Year round stays available, 3 night min/off-season and 7 night min summertime (JULY AND AUGUST)

June $2850 per week or $450 weekdays and $495 weekends, 3 night min.
July $3650 per week or $600 weekdays and $650 weekends, 3 night min.
August $4450 per week, 7 night min ONLY.

Everything is provided to make your vacation an enjoyable one! Beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor patio and pool furniture, bikes, wireless internet, POOL, outdoor grill and outdoor shower, top quality sheets and towels and lots more!!

Area Description

Home is one mile from beautiful Bay Beaches of East Hampton. Lots of nice waterside restaurants in this area.
Three miles to center of East Hampton town center
Three (3.2) miles to ocean beaches or East Hampton and Amagansett.

Walk or ride a bike to the local and popular Springs General Store, a half mile from house is quaint and historic with great breakfast, lunch dinner, coffees, teas, newspapers, local kayaks to rent and more.
