Sited perfectly on the eastern shore of beautiful Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton, "Island View" offers sweeping views of the water and a picturesque island in the foreground. Its ideal vantage point offers spectacular sunsets over the harbor.

This bright, light, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath vacation home, which is located on a sandy, private lane, features two master suites. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a heated swimming pool, a 42" flat-screen TV in the master suite, wireless internet, and a pool house.

The terraced sundeck adjoining the swimming pool offers spectacular water views of its own. While basking in the tropical temperatures of the heated pool, one can observe both sailboats and motor yachts traversing the waters of Three Mile Harbor. Whether you are a boater or an observer of boating, this location is both idyllic and ideal. A final touch includes a large outdoor umbrella table and chairs near the pool with seating for eight at an elevation that again offers breathtaking views of the harbor and its activities.

Fabulous house with amazing views and great pool.

The house is immaculate, well-furnished and family friendly. The owners are responsive and helpful. We love East Hampton but we spent a lot of time at the house too because it was so inviting. Fun pool area with beautiful views. Spectacular sunsets over the water. Not too far from town, but feels remote.

A perfect vacation

My family and I have stayed at properties owned by Hamptons vacations annually sinse 2006. We have been universally impressed by the profesionalism of the Kaufman family, the beauty and quality of the residences, and the tremendous convenience and diversity of the area.

The Kaufmans are perfect hosts. They promptly and courteously have addressed all of our needs over the years, while never imposing themselves.

To be fair I should disclose that our family now considers the Kaufmans good friends. This is a testament to what wonderful people, and business owners they are. They have allowed us to come to view their home as our home away from home.
