Description of the East Hampton vacation home rental

This cottage is located on one of the nicest blocks in Springs area of East Hampton. The house is a cozy ranch, with a Cathedral ceiling in the living/dining area. Relax on our lovely deck surrounded by lawn, trees and gardens and just watch the birds as you sip a drink.

This rental has all the the amenities -- washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, smooth-top stove and convection oven, gas grill, cable/TV, a DSL line and wireless set up. We include all linens and beach gear.

Area Information

The Springs area of East Hampton is noted for its proximity to both bays and ocean, and especially for its beautiful light (which drew such artists as Jackson Pollack and Willem deKooning). It also is easily accessible to woods and meadows, including a 22 -acre dog park, as well as to fashionable East Hampton Village with its shops, restaurants, galleries. In addition to a variety of festivals, including the famous Fisherman's Fair, August also sees the annual Hampton Horse Show in nearby Bridgehampton.

The house is a few minutes away from a variety of unique bay beaches (perfect for swimming) and Atlantic Beach, one of the most beautiful ocean beaches in the world.
