A resort all to yourself -Treat yourself, friends and family to a vacation home that spares nothing. A private oasis with a brand new outdoor Chef's grill, 4 new iron beds in the guest rooms, all new kitchen appliances including a deep fryer, convection toaster oven, fresh squeeze hand press just to name a few. Enjoy the Spa like environment with a daily soak in the outdoor 6-person Hot Springs Spa/Hot Tub right outside the master suite and on those cool nights kick back in front of the ceiling to floor fireplace and enjoy some wonderful local wines. This private oasis has a wonderful resort-like feel. Signature Brown Jordan outdoor dining sets and chaise lounges are strategically located on the expansive decking area that surround a custom heated lazy L pool. There are beach chairs, boogie, skim and surf boards; pool floats and lounges for the whole family and an unlimited supply of towels, linens etc. The separate pool house with full bath, wet-bar and sitting area is perfectly situated adjacent to the custom heated pool . All bedrooms have their own TVs with a brand new 32"HD Flat Panel TV and home theater system in the Living/Great Room area . A wireless broadband network allows for surfing the InterNET anywhere on the grounds. There are many family board games including a Gamecube system console with a variety of game packs. And please remember to enjoy the local bike paths with our inventory of bikes and the meandering creeks and harbors with the included 2-3 person Kayak.

• Required Stay: 2 nights off season, 3 nights early and late season and 5 nights prime season
   
• Deposits: All fees will be determined and clarified in the rental agreement. Typically 50% down with signed agreement and balance due 60 days prior to check in.
   
• Other Fees: $500 security for all stays less then 6 nights $1000 security for all stays greater then 6 nights Special rate quoted for Holidays, Special occasion celebrations, movie shoots, etc.

The mini resort description is wholly accurate, and you really couldn't ask for a more informative, accommodating owner than Mitch - thanks again for everything. My family had a truly memorable time, and above all we appreciated the very private but equally spacious, luxurious standard of the accommodation. Highly Recommended!

We were very pleased with our rental property and our landlord, Mitch. The home was true to its descriptions. Truly a lovely home. Mitch was great. He was extremely easy to talk to and great to work with....very accommodating to our requests. For example, we had a last minute change of plan on the day of our check out and needed Mitch to come check us out early, he was more than happy to do it. We especially appreciated his recommendations to all the great restaurants, beaches, bars, and shopping. He returned our calls promptly during our stay when we had questions. The overall experience couldn't have been better. I plan to recommend the property to all my friends and hope to return in the future.
