There is also a bonus room on the first floor with a futon and TV. This gorgeous home is set on a beautiful private lot in one of the most desirable area in all of Cape Cod. Here you can stroll the old Cape Cod neighborhood and over the Pochet bridge and through the Nauset dunes to access the private section of Nauset beach. This lovely home includes washer / dryer, internet access, cable TV, large screened porch area, patio area, walk to Nauset beach, outdoor enclosed shower, beautiful private and spacious yard.

On Season: $2950 per week
Off Season: $2500 Per week

Classic Cape Home

We loved this house. It is old and full of character, but well taken care of. Reminded us of a cross between an artist's home and an old sea captain's home. Lots of nice windows and a great screen porch, did not miss having AC at all. Yard was big and very private. Walk to the beach took about 10 minutes from the home, but there was always parking at the little private lot at the walk out. Beautiful section of Nauset beach. We intend to rent this home again.
