Description of the East Quogue vacation home rental
Family room could be optional third bedroom. Semi-private road, back yard borders Southampton Township Nature Preserve. Two blocks from Shinnecock inlet and 5 minute drive to Dune Road beaches. Pet friendly, fenced in back yard. Front porch and back yard patio with furniture, umbrella and gas grill.
Bird watching and wildlife. The bay is accessible through the woods or two blocks away via Bay or Weesuck Avenues.
Quiet and peaceful retreat!
Driveway large enough for several cars and a boat.
Easy access to and from New York City without a car. Hamtpon Jitney stops right in town which is a 3 minute walk.
Area Information
The spectacualr ocean beaches of Southampton Township along Dune Road are ten minutes away in addition to more bathing beaches on Peconic Bay also ten minutes in Hampton Bays. You can launch your boat, canoe or kayak two blocks away at East Hampton's beautiful new Marine Park or cast a line from the pier.

We had an amazing week in Martin and Tom's vacation cottage. It was a perfect retreat, clean, cozy and all the amenities of home. It's a great location away from the crowds but close to the beaches and nearby towns. Our hosts did all they could to make sure we were settled in and having fun. I would love to go back next summer. My family and I stayed at Martin and Tom's beautiful home this past August. We had a wonderful experience, they made us feel so comfortable. The house is pretty and clean, with all the amenities you would need. We loved that they had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to use. East Quogue is a perfect location for that hamptons getaway without the huge pricetag! We went to this beautiful ocean beach every day that was about a 10 min drive, and was free!! The village is cute and charming with a few little eateries, and a park for the kids. Hampton Bays is 5 minutes away, and has a lot more restaurants and shopping. We plan on going back next Summer!!

A wonderful vacation home, beyond expectations

Martin made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to make sure that we settled in well. The house is VERY clean and well-organized. It has everything you need! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. We didn't have a car and used bikes to get to the beach. It only took about 20 minutes and was a very pleasurable ride. There are also some nice restaurants in the area within walking or biking distance. (Make sure you try Dockers Waterside! most AMAZING seafood). If you want to experience the Hamptons in the comfort a well-equipped and lovely home but without spending a fortune, this house is perfect! VERY good value for money. 100% recommended!!!!

Tom and Martin have such a sweet home. I loved my stay there. I've never seen so many birds and it was so quiet. East Quogue is the Hampton's best kept secret. I had the same access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and nightlife as I would have further east and was able to do business in Montauk, East Hampton and the North Fork without having to pay those exorbitant rental prices.
